    What is coaching?

Coaching is all about creating a life that would be fulfilling and meaningful for you. Coaching is done 1-1 on the phone, in two 60 minute sessions a month, and includes a personal accountability plan. We start out by mapping out where you currently are, dream up some big badass goals of what you want to be different, and coach together in making it a reality.

I am your partner to champion you, challenge you, and take bold steps with you in service of a meaningful life.

I am a certified professional co-active coach, certified with the Coaches Training Institute, and have my Masters of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. The Co-Active Model is an approach to coaching that looks at the balance of who you are being and becoming, and what you are doing, to evoke transformation. This person-centered approach digs deep into your goals, values, and life purpose to deepen your learning, forward your action, build resonance, and create lasting shifts. With positive psychology, the science of human flourishing, we look at the strengths and values that enable you to thrive, and create a full life. I integrate aspects from positive psychology in my coaching to amplify my clients' experience and reflection. In London I researched the connection between physical activity and hope (spoiler alert, there is a link!) and love integrating current research with what I offer my clients. I have over 1500 hours of coaching with personal clients, and bring that experience to each coaching relationship.

    Co-active Coaching

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach with the Co-active Training Institute. The co-active model of coaching is a humanistic model, person-centered approach to coaching, where the focus is on who the person is, and exploring and developing who they are, in service of where they want to go. It's based on an empowered relationship where the client is considered to be naturally creative resourceful and whole, and totally capable of taking care of themself, and the coach and client design a space together to lead with curiosity, and expand your awareness of yourself and others, and build your capacity and vision for yourself. CTI is the largest, most-respected coach training school internationally, and has led the way for 30+ in developing professional and executive coaching.

    Positive Psychology

I have my Masters of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology through the University of East London, and bring the concepts of the positive psychology research base to my coaching work. Positive psychology is the science of human flourishing, and with positive psychology we explore concepts like what gives life meaning, how do you connect with a sense of flow, what does it mean to cultivate gratitude, how can you create more hope for yourself and others in your family or team. I also studied the leading evidence based coaching psychologies and models for wellbeing in communities and the workplace, and enjoy working with professionals on thriving in their personal and professional lives, and communities and organizations.

    International Coaching Federation

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. The ICF is the world's largest organization of professionally trained coaches.
