I am professional coach who helps leaders get clear on their purpose and craft what they are wanting more of in their lives, and take steps to make it happen in their lives and work.

My clients work at global companies including Google, Salesforce, Amazon, Airbnb and Apple, as well as growing startups, and academia. I coach leaders and rising leaders who are looking to make some changes, and discover what would be more fulfilling in their lives.
I come from a background in Silicon Valley at several early startups, and have now created my own coaching company where I coach professionals looking to connect more with their sense of purpose and direction, and create a fulfilling, more meaningful next chapter in life and work.
I recently moved to Carlsbad, California from London, England and spent the past year traveling and coaching from the road - Zurich, Florence, London, Dublin, Frankfurt, California, Oregon, Florida.... I have a business built on my terms and love the work that I do. When I'm not coaching, I'm in nature! I love to race sailboats, camp, volunteer and spend quality time with friends.My company operates as Dare Tribe, LLC.
